Living To Serve Him

Like any other Church Dromore Cathedral is supported by many volunteers who lead our youth groups and make many of our events and meetings possible.

Our main ministry team is composed of our Dean and Rector Geoff Wilson, our curate Trevor McKeown and our assistant Jonathan.

GEOFF WILSONDean and Rector
The Revd Samuel Geoffrey (Geoff) Wilson, B.Th was Instituted as Rector of Dromore Cathedral Parish and Installed as Dean of the Diocese of Dromore on Friday 18th November 2016.

Ordained in 2004, Geoff’s first charge was the Swanlinbar Group in the Diocese of Kilmore and in 2009 he was instituted Rector of Shankill Parish – the largest Parish Church in Ireland.

Rev. Trevor took up his non-stipendary ministry in Dromore in 2004. Previously a member of Knocknamuckley Parish and still working in the Life Assurance business, Trevor serves regularly at the traditional services in the church. With a quiet and compassionate nature, Trevor is well liked by the congregation and he and Joy became valued members of church family very quickly following his ordination as Deacon in 2004 and Presbyter in 2005.
