Welcome to Dromore Cathedral

Dromore Cathedral has been at the heart of Dromore for centuries. We serve the community of Dromore by bringing Christ’s compassion, love and hope of salvation to people of all ages.

Just as relevant as ever, we believe Christ and his radical teaching to be the only solution to the problems of our country, town and selves. We invite you to join us on our journey as we discover how to be everything he called us to be.

We are a Parish Church in the Diocese of Down and Dromore, part of the Church of Ireland, a member of the Worldwide Anglican Communion.

By |May 27th, 2025|Categories: News|0 Comments

Children’s Day will take place at 10:45am on Sunday 22nd June in the Cathedral and will be followed by a bring your own picnic in the Rectory garden.

This is a great opportunity for us to support our children and thank our leaders for all of the hard work which they carry out on our behalf throughout the year. The picnic in the garden is a fantastic opportunity for us to have more informal fellowship in a very relaxed environment with entertainment for the children by way of bouncy castles, face painting etc.

Hot drinks and juice will be provided, all you need to bring is your own food and a blanket or seat!
