Many hands…
Volunteers are so important to Dromore Cathedral. Without them we simply couldn’t continue doing all the work we do. Volunteering is a great way to help us realise our mission and is a great opportunity to meet new people and learn from each other.
There are loads of opportunities to volunteer at the Cathedral:
We have a small team of people who help operate the big screens during the 10am service. If you can press an arrow button you can help with the Power point. We also need people who are able and willing to get more involved in creating slides as well so if you have a creative or technical talent, let us know.
Our sound team ensure that the music and speakers are heard and balanced appropriately. It doesn’t require prior experience, you can shadow and learn from the existing team.
Tea and coffee is served after the 10am service – and just look at the smile it can bring! But the tea won’t make itself nor will the cups find their own way back into the cupboard. Helping with this task is simple, quick and great fun!
